Fee Refund & Cancellation Policy

Amount paid for Application fee, Processing fee, Late fee, Program Transfer fee and other charges is non-refundable under all circumstances, unless otherwise specifically prescribed as refundable. However, the University will follow the UGC Guidelines for refund of fee.

• All requests for fee reimbursements must be sent to admissions@uttaranchal University online.in.
• The candidate has to apply for a refund online in the required format by the deadline (see Important dates).
• The university shall adhere to the UGC Guidelines for Fee Refunds.
• Processing of the refund application will take 30 working days.
• We won't entertain refund requests that are processed on any unapproved platform or those made orally.
• Unless otherwise specified as refundable, the amount paid for the application fee, processing fee, late fee, program transfer cost, and other charges is never refundable.
